A Romanian international prop, Adrian Moțoc started playing rugby with the Romanian club Steaua București and from 2015.
His form with Romania caught the interest of Racing 92 who signed the abrasive second-rower.
He spent three years with Racing 92 before he signed a two-year contract with Top 14 side Agen in April 2018.
In November 2017, he was called for Romania's national team, the Oaks, making his international debut during Week 6 of the 2017 end-of-year rugby union internationals in a match against Tonga.
Ahead of the 2022/23 season, Motoc signed with Biarritz.
Ahead of the World Rugby Cup 2023, Motoc has been named in the squad for Romania.
