Sanday was part of the Easts Tigers side that claimed Queensland Premier Rugby’s Hospital Cup in front of near 9000 fans at Ballymore with a 27-22 Grand Final win over GPS in 2013.
In 2014, Kirwan has gone on to represent Reds A in the Pacific Rugby Cup as well as the Australian Barbarians.
A brilliant scrum technician with the ability to play both tight and loose-head, Kirwan will be a useful addition to Queensland Country’s frontrow stocks.
