Italy injury update

The medical team of the Italian men’s national rugby team has issued an update following the France–Italy match, ahead of the third round of the 2026 Guinness Six Nations.

Ange Capuozzo, who was substituted in the 71st minute, sustained a sprain to the acromioclavicular joint in his left shoulder.

He will now return to his club, Stade Toulousain, where he will continue his rehabilitation under a program coordinated between the club’s medical staff and the national team’s medical staff.
