Lucas Ponce is an Argentine rugby union footballer who primarily plays as a loose forward. He was born on 3 September 1990. Ponce currently plays for Club Universitario de Buenos Aires and represents the Argentina national rugby union team.

Ponce has spent his entire career playing for Club Universitario de Buenos Aires (CUBA) in the Torneo de la URBA, the top-level rugby competition in Argentina.

On the international stage, Ponce has represented Argentina at various levels. He was a member of the Argentina Under-20 side that competed in the 2010 IRB Junior World Championship. He also played for the Argentina Jaguars team in 2010, 2012, and 2014. In 2014, he was part of the Pampas XV during their tour of Oceania.

Ponce made his senior international debut for Argentina, known as Los Pumas, on 17 May 2014, in a match against South American rivals Uruguay. He earned his second cap the following week against Chile, where he also scored his first international try. Although he was not initially named in the Pumas squads for the 2014 mid-year rugby union internationals or the 2014 Rugby Championship, he found a place in the squad that traveled to Europe for the 2014 end-of-year rugby union internationals. He played in all three matches on the tour against Scotland, Italy, and France.

In terms of personal life, Lucas Ponce moved to Melbourne in 2018 with his long-term partner Belen "la goleadora" Furtado. The couple's move was facilitated through their friendship with Laura "the enforcer" Harris and Bas "hard ball get" Simpson, who are stars of the West Brunswick Amateur Football Club.
