Tom Dawson-Squibb is a South African high-performance coach, leadership consultant, and former rugby coach best known for his work in developing team culture, mental performance, and leadership in elite sport.
Served as head coach of the UCT Ikey Tigers from 2019 to 2024, leading the team to three Varsity Cup finals.
Previously worked as a performance coach with the Melbourne Rebels and has consulted with organizations including the Stormers, Sharks, and SA Rugby.
In 2025, he co-authored the book Humanball: A Leadership Journey in South African Rugby with Nic Rosslee. The book chronicles his five years with the UCT Ikeys and explores leadership, culture, and high-performance principles in rugby.
In 2026 he was announced as the head coach of the Stormers XXIII (WP).
