Waisea Nayacalevu Vuidravuwalu, born on 26 June 1990, is a Fijian rugby union player who primarily plays as a wing. He represents Fiji at the international level and Toulon in the Top 14 competition.

Waisea, along with his brother Avenisi Vasuinubu, played for Melbourne Rugby in the Victoria Rugby Championships. In 2012, they both joined the Uprising team for the Uprising 7's tournament in Fiji.

Their impressive performances led to their selection in the Fiji 7's team for the 2011-12 IRB Sevens World Series. Waisea had a standout season, scoring 25 tries, which tied with Metuisela Talebula for the highest number of tries.

He was also chosen to represent Fiji in the 15's format for the 2012 IRB Pacific Nations Cup. He made his debut for Fiji against Japan, scoring a try, and also scored a try against Scotland in the same competition.

Following his performances in the Pacific Nations Cup, Waisea was signed by French club Stade Français in August 2012. He made his debut for the team against Montpellier and has since played 18 games for the club, scoring seven tries. In May 2013, he returned to Fiji in an attempt to earn a place in the Fiji 7's team for the 2013 Rugby World Cup Sevens.

Waisea's talent and contributions to the game led to his inclusion in Fiji's 31-man squad for the 2015 Rugby World Cup. He continued to shine in the Top 14, finishing the 2016/17 season as the joint-top try-scorer with 13 tries.

However, he did not feature in Fiji's squad for the June Tests in 2017, and his last international cap at that time was in November against Japan.

By September 2019, Waisea had made 154 appearances for Stade Francais, amassing 335 points. In December 2021, he signed a two-year deal with Toulon, furthering his career in the Top 14.

Additionally, since 2021, Waisea has shared the captaincy duties for the Flying Fijians with Levani Botia and Semi Radradra, showcasing his leadership skills and experience within the national team.

Ahead of the Rugby World Cup 2023, Nayacalevu has been named in the training squad for Fiji.
