Martin Page-Relo, born on January 6, 1999, is a rugby union player who was born in France but represents Italy at the international level. He is currently playing for Stade Toulousain, a renowned rugby club.

Page-Relo's rugby journey began at the age of 5 in his hometown of L'Isle-Jourdain, Gers. In 2012, he made the move to Stade Toulousain, where he continued his development as a player.

On September 13, 2020, Page-Relo made his professional debut while on loan from Stade Toulousain, playing for US Carcassonne. This opportunity allowed him to gain valuable experience at a higher level of competition.

In March 2023, Page-Relo received his first call-up to the Italian senior national team. He was eligible for selection due to his maternal grandparents' Italian citizenship.
