Born in Jedburgh, Scott has risen through the ranks at local side Jed-Forest.
The hooker has represented Scotland at U16, U18 and U19 levels.
In May 2018, Scott was named in Scotland's U20s team to compete at the 2018 World Rugby U20s Championships.
