Fenley attended Cheltenham Bournside School before graduating from Hartpury College. He spent a year with Gloucester Academy representing the ‘A’ side and played some games on loan at Cinderford in National One.
Fenley spent the truncated 2021 Championship season on loan at Bedford making 7 league appearances including one against Ampthill at Goldington Road in May.
In August 2021, he joined Ampthill Rugby on loan.
