Who should coach the British & Irish Lions?

The British & Irish Lions' tour to New Zealand is less than 12 months away but who will be coaching the team that have the job of trying to emulate Carwyn James’ greats of 1971? Here is a wish-list that might give the Lions half a chance against the world champions.
