Webb re-signs with the WRU
Ospreys and Wales scrum-half Rhys Webb has become the latest player to agree a national dual contract.
The 27-year-old becomes the second player to re-sign a long-term NDC following regional and international half-back partner Dan Biggar.
Webb has not played since suffering an injury playing for Wales against Italy in September.
"I'm over the moon. With this security I can concentrate on my rehab without any distractions," he said.
His half-back partner at regional and international level, Biggar, became the first Welsh player to renew his dual contract on 4 December.
Donnacha Ryan doubt for Ulster clash
Munster's Donnacha Ryan is a major injury doubt ahead of their trip to Belfast on Saturday.
The Ireland second-row came through Sunday's defeat to Leinster but later complained of a problem with his knee.
He underwent a scan yesterday and Munster are awaiting the results but Ryan is a serious doubt for the game against Ulster and also for Ireland's mini-camp which begins on Sunday.
"Like a lot of injuries, once they cool down, the adrenaline comes out, some things flare up," coach Anthony Foley explained.
"I can't really tell you if it's serious or not until I know what it is. I know he wasn't going to be training today anyway regards to a dead leg.
"The scan on the knee has come up as he has cooled down after the game. I just need to find out more information on it."
