We are saying our prayers - Smith
- 31
London Irish director of rugby Brian Smith is "saying prayers" that Tom Homer's knee injury isn't serious and that he will return to action very soon.
The goal-kicker, who limped from the field against Harlequins on Saturday, had tried to continue playing through the pain but then hobbled off.
And now it is a case of hoping for the best for Smith as he prays Homer doesn't suffer similar woes to 2013/14 when he ruptured his groin.
"Tommy Homer has knee ligament damage.
It's disappointing to have another injury," he told getreading.
