Exeter Chiefs battled to a 13-8 victory over Munster Rugby in the Heineken Champions Cup Round of 16 first leg at Sandy Park on Saturday.
Scotland full-back Stuart Hogg scored 5 of Exeter's 13 points scoring a try and slotting a drop goal in the win.
Munster remained in the fight thanks to a try from Shane Daly who crossed the whitewash in the second half after two yellow cards in two minutes for the hosts.
Hogg slotted the drop-goal from 45 metres out after goal-line dropout, something that is becoming somewhat of a trend since the introduction of the law trail.
