Calum Green escaped punishment for a head-high tackle on Joe Marler during the Premiership Rugby clash at the Stoop on Saturday.
The incident occurred in the 35th minute of the match after a Leicester Tigers restart.
Danny Care passed the ball to Joe Marler to crash the ball into contact. Marler collected the ball and was shoved into contact by his teammate Alex Dombrant.
Tigers' loosehead prop Francois van Wyk made a low tackle on Marler with Green coming into make a supporting tackle but in doing so made contact directly with Marler's head.

In his review of the incident, referee Wayne Barnes judged that Dombrant's shove on Marler caused the high tackle from Green.
BT Sport confirmed during the game that this part of a new directive from World Rugby to clamp down on dangerously pushing their own players into contact.
