Wales are still waiting on news of Jonathan Davies' fitness but have admitted his autumn could ready be over after the ankle injury he suffered.
The centre fell awkwardly in the final passage of play during the 29-21 defeat to Australia on Saturday and was in visible pain before being stretchered off.
Jamie Roberts and Scott Andrews have been called into the Wales squad as injury cover.
Andrews has been brought in as tighthead cover with Tomas Francis unavailable for the final Test and Samson Lee still recovering from injury.
Wales assistant coach Neil Jenkins had this to say about Davies' injury: "I’m not 100% sure when we’ll know. I’d have thought pretty soon. It’s just an ankle problem. The sad thing is he’s been playing incredibly well and it was right at the end of the game as well. We’ll see what the outcome is."
He is also commented on Samson Lee, Justin Tipuric and Rhys Webb:
Samson is still with the physios. Hopefully he’s not too far away, he’s building up. Tipuric and Webb are hopefully going to be fit. They’re two world class players and they’ll only enhance our side if they’re ready. - Jenkins
