1. Nicky Smith - 6/10
Smith was solid for Wales and the scrum performed well - One missed tackle along with a turnover conceded warrants a 6/10 rating.
2. Elliot Dee - 7/10
Dee is impressive in doing the basics well. A solid performance from the hooker saw him makes 11 tackles and nail all 7 lineout throws.
3. Tomas Francis - 5/10
Francis was one of the weaker performers for Wales and although he was decent in the loose, the tighthead gave away a number of penalties which allowed Italy to gain a foothold in the game.
4. Cory Hill - 6/10
The Welsh lineout functioned well and Hill was the main target. The second row was solid in defence and made 6 tackles while missing none.
5. Bradley Davies - 6/10
Similarly to Hill, Davies was solid in the lineout and gave Wales a good attacking platform.
6. Justin Tupuric - 7/10
The blindside flanker was a menace at the breakdown and in defence. He also showed good pace to finish a try in the corner which sealed the win for Wales.
7. James Davies - 7/10
Davies performed well at ruck time but also managed to link up with the backline on a number of occasions. The Scarlets man managed to land two offloads as well as making a couple of line breaks.
8. Taulupe Faletau - 8/10
The Welsh skipper certainly led by example this afternoon and the thumping hit he put on Tomasso Allan set the tone early in the game. Faletau managed to carry for 43 metres, the most out of the entire Welsh pack and made an impressive 11 tackles.
9. Gareth Davies - 7/10
Despite receiving a yellow card, Davies looked sharp today. He led the Welsh attack well with accurate, high paced passing. He looked dangerous with ball in and managed to assist two tries.
10. Gareth Anscombe - 7/10
Anscombe was solid and looked comfortable in the Wales number 10 jersey. His tackling was highly impressive as he completed a total of 14 hits while missing none.
11. Steff Evans - 7/10
Evans looked good today and got involved when he could. However, unfortunately for him, most of the action occurred on Norths wing.
12. Hadleigh Parkes - 8/10
Parkes was the best player on the pitch today. He was involved in everything good about Wales' attack and made 11 tackles without missing a single one. He was awarded man of the match for his efforts.
13. Owen Watkin - 7/10
Like most of the Welsh side, Watkin had a good game today. He made all his tackles but was most impressive in attack. He only had two runs but had a massive return of 56 meters.
14. George North - 9/10
North was on fire today and managed to score twice. He also defended doggedly and secured a couple of turnovers. He almost got a hat-trick but unfortunately, his last try was disallowed.
15. Liam Williams - 6/10
Williams wasn't involved a whole lot today. He received a yellow for a controversial tackle just before halftime and never came back on.
