Racing 92 centre Virimi Vakatawa is one of 14 players who have been called into the France Six Nations squad to prepare for the test against Ireland on Saturday.
Vakatawa starred for Racing 92 this past weekend scoring a try in the 57-19 victory over Brive in the Top 14.
The 29-year-old has fallen out of favour with Fabien Galthie as he works his way back into form, while he also made himself unavailable for selection during the Autumn Nations Series.
He returns to the test squad off the back of a stunning performance against Brive where he topped the running metres (156), beat five defenders and made three clean breaks.
Fellow Racing 92 teammates Ibrahim Diallo, Yoan Tanga, and Donovan Taofifenua have also been recalled to the squad. Taofifenua also crossed the whitewash in the win over Brive.
Toulouse stars Thibault Flament and Matthis Lebel return to the squad after coming off the bench in the 36-13 loss to Perpignan.
Pau's star flyhalf Antoine Hastoy returns to the squad ahead of Lyon's Leo Berdeu. La Rochelle's uncapped trio Paul Boudehent, Thomas Lavault and Jules Favre have both linked up with the squad as too has Brice Dulin - all four players featured for the Club in the loss to Biarritz.
Clermont missed this weekend's action but the likes of Daniel Bib Biziwu and Tani Vili both return to test squad.
Finally, Stade Francais flanker Sekou Macalou rejoins the squad.
