Vilimoni Botitu joins Flying Fijians camp in Bordeaux

Vilimoni Botitu has joined the Flying Fijians camp in Bordeaux today as replacement for Caleb Muntz. He had his first training run with the group.

Head Coach Simon Raiwalui said "Botitu has always been part of the group and he is another exciting talent to work with. We are looking forward to seeing him join the training run today."


The 25-year-old made his debut for Fiji in the World Rugby Sevens Series in the 2018 Dubai Sevens Tournament. He played as inside centre in the Fiji national under-20 rugby union team that won the 2018 World Rugby Under 20 Championship.

Botitu currently plays in the French Top14 for Castres.
