Video - Sexton's clever kick for Keith Earls to score

Jonathan Sexton came up with a moment of brilliance to finally unlock the Scotland defence in their third/fourth place playoff on Saturday.

Scotland lead 9-6 in the final moments of the first half with Jaco van der Walt scoring his first test points on debut.

Ireland had attacked well in the latter stages of the half and were rewarded when Sexton, with a penalty advantage, decided to try a cross field kick against the run of play.

Robbie Henshaw competed well in the air as the ball fell kindly to Keith Earls who scored.
