Cardiff handed the defending champions Stormers their first defeat of the season after a 30-24 home win in round 6 of the United Rugby Championship. Cardiff added a penalty, but a Stormers try around the hour mark saw them draw level at 24 apiece.
Cardiff slotted a penalty with ten minutes to play to edge ahead and sealed the victory with another successful shot at goal with the final play of the match.
