Ulster Sign Exciting Young Out-Halves

Ulster Rugby's long-term succession planning at out-half received a boost today as it was announced that Brett Herron will be joining the province from Bath and that Ireland Under-20 star Johnny McPhillips has been upgraded to a development contract.
