Ulster secure bonus-point win against Dragons

A first winning bonus point of the Guinness Pro14 season for Ulster helped them get back to winning ways over the Dragons (36-18) at the Kingspan Stadium.

Tries from Henry Speight, Dave Shanahan, Michael Lowry and a brace from Stuart McCloskey helped see off the Welsh region in Belfast.

Former Ireland U20 flyhalf Johnny McPhillips added 11 points off the kicking tee as the Northern province continued their unbeaten home run under Dan McFarland.

Wallaby wing Henry Speight was the deserved recipient of the man of the match honours for his efforts on the night as he crossed to score his first home try for the Irish province.

Recent Ireland call up Will Addison was sharp in attack, setting up Shanahan's first half try after some excellent footwork, which is sure to delight Joe Schmidt as he will provide the squad with versatility across the backline.
