Ulster bring in London Welsh pair

Ulster have signed London Welsh duo Peter Browne and Paul Rowley.
Former Newcastle Falcons and Harlequins lock Browne, 27, has played for England Students but is Irish qualified.
Scrum-half Rowley, 25, started his career with Munster before moving to Plymouth Albion.
He joined Premiership strugglers London Welsh at the start of this season.
The Exiles have already had their relegation confirmed after losing all 18 of their games so far.
