Ulster beat Connacht after a seven minute blitz seals the game

Connacht were 10-0 ahead after the first half an hour as they took the game to Ulster who were struggling to properly get into the contest. Ulster then scored through Ward, twice as he got his team into a 10-12 lead at the break.
The second half was a tight contest for the opening period with both sides getting yellow carded but a break away try from Kok after a superb Stockdale skip pass gave the visitors the boost they needed. This was followed by a well worked maul and penalty try in the 53rd minute which all but ended the game had it not been for a late surge from Connacht who scored 14 points in 10 minutes making Ulster sweat .
Connacht played until the end with a chance to grab an unlikely win but fumbled after the hooter seeing Ulster walk away with a 24-29 win
