Tuesday Round-Up
Walker out of Wales squad: Eli Walker has been released from Wales’ Rugby World Cup squad due to a hamstring injury.
Due to the nature of the impending competition and the potential for his injury to extend into the latter stages of the Pool stage, Wales made the decision to release Eli now before they kick off their campaign against Uruguay.
The Ospreys winger has had rotten luck with injuries over his young career so far and is the third major injury for Wales before the tournament has even begun after losing Leigh Halfpenny and Rhys Webb.
Gloucester flanker Ross Moriarty has been called into Wales' 31-man squad and will link up with the rest of the squadon Tuesday.
Moriarty’s inclusion will help provide Wales with some cover for Taupe Faletau at number eight.

Lancaster praises Youngs: England head coach Stuart Lancaster praised scrum-half Ben Youngs ahead of his 50th cap for his country against Fiji.
Youngs is one of few survivors from the 2011 World Cup campaign and has been in outstanding form for England this year.
“I’d like to congratulate Ben Youngs on his achievement. To win 50 caps for your country in such a relatively short period of time is testament to Ben’s dedication and commitment,” said Lancaster.
“The squad is massively excited to start the World Cup. Everyone has worked incredibly hard over the last three months and we are ready.
“Friday will be a great occasion for the whole squad and for the country. We are in a unique position to be playing in a World Cup on home soil and to have the support of a nation behind the team. That support will be a massive factor and we don't underestimate its importance.
“All the players have put their hand up in training and the internationals we have played this summer and we are blessed to have such a strong squad to select from against a skilful and powerful Fijian side."
