Kristian Dacey signs new deal with Cardiff
Kristian Dacey will surpass a decade at Cardiff Blues after penning a new long-term contract to remain with his home region.
The Wales international made his regional debut in 2010, after making a late switch from the back-row to hooker and has gone on to make 149 appearances. He has scored more tries than any other forward in the region’s history with 25.
Angus Scott-Young cited for foul play
Angus Scott-Young of the Reds will appear at a SANZAAR Judicial Committee Hearing after being cited for alleged foul play during a Super Rugby match at the weekend.
Scott-Young is alleged to have contravened Law 9.12: A player must not physically abuse anyone. Physical abuse includes, but is not limited to, punching or striking with hand or arm, during the match between the Reds and Brumbies at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on 24 March 2019.
Edinburgh's Monday signing spree
Edinburgh confirmed four new signings for the 2019/20 season on Monday as well as the re-signing of Scotland International Hamish Watson.
The 25-times capped international has been an electric performer both club and country and signs an extension that will see him remain in the capital until at least 2021. Full story
