Simone Ferrari re-signs for Benetton Rugby

Benetton Rugby have announced the contract extension of prop Simone Ferrari until June 30, 2020.

The 23-year-old joined Benetton in 2015 and went on to make his Test debut for Italy in November 2016 against South Africa in Firenze. Full story

Alex Dunbar and Richie Gray add to Scotland's injury concerns

Centre Alex Dunbar and second-row Richie Gray have not met up with the Scotland squad at their camp this week due to injury while George Turner is set to miss the whole tournament.

Dunbar, 27, sustained a head knock as Glasgow Warriors defeated Exeter Chiefs on Saturday while 28-year-old Gray has a calf issue and is still with his club Toulouse. Full story

Henry Slade withdrawn from England training camp

England Rugby have confirmed that Exeter Chief's Henry Slade has not travelled to Portugal for England’s training camp.

Slade was forced off during Exeter’s Champions Cup defeat by Glasgow on Saturday and he will remain with the Chiefs this week for further assessment of a shoulder injury rather than travelling to the Algarve.
