The first-half was a real cagey affair and to the credit to the USA team, they really made life difficult for France all around the park. sadly , the second-half was a little scrappy from both sides and the French bench ultimately took the game away from the North Americans.

Camille Lopez (France)
The No.10 put in a man of the match performance today and rightly so! Lopez was really the playmaker today and had three try assists. He had a 100% kick success and scored six points, while on defence he made four out of his five tackles, which is not bad for a fly half.

Alivereti Raka (France)
The winger probably didn't have the best match on defence but he was lethal on attack. Raka scored a lovely try today and made a total of 36 metres with ball in hand. The 24-year-old also beat five defenders and made three clean breaks!

Sofiane Guitoune (France)
The 30-year-old showed today that he is scary with ball in hand, the winger made 78 metres in the match, had nine carries and also beat five defenders on attack.
AJ MacGinty (USA)
The Irish-born star scored all his sides points yet again in a World Cup match and deserves a mention for this accolade. The No.10 had a tackle success rate of 91%, beat three defenders with ball in had and made all three of his kicks at goal.
