Reds vs Sharks 

The Reds edged past the Sharks on Friday, thanks to a heroic performance from Samu Kerevi.

He carried the ball 16 times making 74 metres as the Reds slowly broke the Sharks defence.

Kerevi's second half brace put the home side back in control as they closed out the game.

Rieko Ioane 

Blues vs Rebels

Rieko Ioane opened his 2017 Super Rugby account on Thursday against the Rebels by running in 3 tries for the Blues.

He broke the Rebels defensive line on 5 occasions on his way to helping the Blues to a round 1 win.

The centre had an all-round impressive day for the Blues and managed to make 4 tackles and secure a turnover for his side.

Stormers vs Lions

The new Stormers new recruit had a strong outing for his new team putting in 5 tackles. 

His contribution at scrum was crucial to the Stormers victory as he drove opposition prop Nyakane back at every opportunity.

The Stormers won all 9 of their scrums while also grabbing one of the Bulls scrums on their way to victory.
