Rettalick out: Cheifs lock Brodie Rettalick has been ruled out to up to 4 weeks with a shoulder injury. The injury occurred after the Chiefs win over the Western Force last weekend and the World Rugby player of the year is set to be ruled out for a couple of games. Mike Fitzgerald will come in to replace Rettalick, as one of six changes to the side which will face Melbourne Rebels this weekend.
Cronin needs Op: Leinster and Ireland Hooker Sean Cronin will be out for 12 weeks after undergoing surgery to repair damage to a tendon in his shoulder. The opperation went well according to Leinster but he will miss the rest of the domestic season. Cronin also faces a race against time to be fit for the World Cup with his expected return to be during August but should be ok for the competition if all goes well.
