Super Rugby Round 2 Highlights: Crusaders v Hurricanes

The Crusaders made it 17 consecutive wins in Super Rugby as they cruised to a 38-22 home win over the Hurricanes in round 2. The Crusaders were at their mercurial best in the first half, crossing for four unanswered tries to take a commanding 24-0 lead into the break. An early second half try for the hosts all but wrapped up the match, but the Hurricanes hit back with two tries to reduce the deficit to 31-10 with a little under 15 minutes to play. A late Crusaders try put the final nail in the coffin, but credit must be given to the Hurricanes were able to run in two scores in the closing minutes to deny the Crusaders a bonus point.
