The Chiefs got their first try only five minutes later and equalised early in the second half. The game was on level pegging for a while before the Chiefs took the lead for the first time. But the Blues deleted their lead and went ahead for the last time of the match. The Chiefs looked extremely dangerous in the dying minutes as they were less than a metre out with a yellow card to the Blues in their favour. The Blues got a penalty and ensured that they would keep their lead as they cleared for touch. The Blues will be happy to go second on the log and the Chiefs will be needing to look at what they can do to get their performance up in order to win some games. The Blues take the win, 21-17!
