Stormers hooker Siyabonga Ntubeni bid a definate farewell to rugby.

At the age of 35, DHL Stormers hooker Siyabonga Ntubeni bid a definitive farewell to rugby after playing in Matchday 15 of the United Rugby Championship 2025/26 against Connacht. However, his career has been overshadowed in recent seasons by the physical toll of modern rugby. 

Ntubeni reached his 100th match with the Stormers in a URC encounter against the Sharks in December 2023. He also played with the Springboks against Argentina in 2019.
