Steffon Armitage off to the MLR

Former England star and Champions Cup winner, Steffon Armitage, is the latest player to sign to play in the USA as he joins the San Diego Legion in the MLR

Armitage, currently with Top 14 side Pau, played over 130 times for London Irish before making the move to France and Toulon where he went on to win the Top 14 title and multiple Champions Cup's.

He will join the likes of Paddy Ryan, Jordan Manihera and Joe Pietersen
