Can Monye and Robson end career at the Stoop with a win?
On Friday night Harlequins entertain Bath in what is a must win game for Conor O’Shea’s side if they are to keep alive their hopes of a Champions Cup play-off. The game will also see Ugo Monye and George Robson make their final appearance at the Stoop with Monye retiring from professional Rugby at the end of the season and Robson joining Oyonnax for the start of next season. Quins take on a Bath side who are bang in form and a win at the Stoop will put them on the brink of a home semi-final. Monye and Robson both start the game in what will be an emotional 80 minutes for both players as they look to secure a final win at a stadium that brought them so much success.
Who will be in third and fourth come the end of the weekend?
In what will be another exciting weekend of Rugby the top four could change once again with two crucial games on Sunday. Saracens take on Exeter Chiefs on Sunday knowing that a win will put them on the brink of securing a play-off spot but defeat could seem dropping out of the top four ahead of the final weekend of games. The other crucial game on Sunday see’s Wasps entertain Leicester Tigers. After coming into some decent form, Wasps know that anything but a win will do against Leicester Tigers. A win for Wasps and defeat for Exeter Chiefs would see them move into fourth while defeat would end any hope they have of a play-off. As for Leicester Tigers a win for them and defeat for the Chiefs would see them all but book a place in the semi-finals
How will Launchbury do on his comeback?
He may only be selected on the bench but Joe Launchbury is expected to make his first appearance in 2015 after recovering from a neck injury. Stuart Lancaster will be hoping that Launchbury comes through the game unscaved with the lock very much apart of Lancaster World Cup plans. Apart from England, Wasps head Coach Dai Young will be delighted to have Launchbury back in the side and he will be hoping the England international can be instrumental in Wasps securing a place in the play-offs.
