The South African prop had an excellent match. Not only was he solid in the scrums, but he made strong carries and was a rock on defence. 

Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu

The 22 year old utility back came onto the field after Willie Le Roux got a concussed 2min into the match. Ireland tested him with high balls but he was safe and made great meters on attack. 

Handre Pollard

Last week Pollard missed a few kicks to goal. This week another strory. The World Cup winner kicked 24 points (8/8 penalties). His general play was also on point, especially his disttrabution.

Joe McCarthy

The work horse in the Ireland pack. He was a big reason for Ireland staying in the match with his effective cleaning at the breakdowns and lineout wins

Jamie Osborne

The 22 year old Leinster full back was solid for the Irish team. He got Ireland out of trouble a few times and is one to look out for the future

Caelan Doris 

Apart from the yellow card, the Irish captain lead his team excellently. He made 12 carries, five tackles and won one turnover

Ciaran Frawley (drop goals)

He will be called a legend back in Ireland and you cant blame them. Wow, what a match winning drop goal from Frawley.
