Worcester Warriors’ utility back Scott van Breda will rejoin Greene King IPA Championship club Jersey Reds at the end of the current season.
Van Breda arrived at Sixways from Jersey in the summer of 2018 and has scored three tries in 18 appearances for the Warriors.
He has spent the last two months on loan with Jersey, whose season ends this weekend, and he will return to the Channel Islands on a permanent deal during the summer.
“Scott has really enjoyed his time in Jersey and I am pleased to see him rejoining them next season on a permanent basis,” said Warriors Director of Rugby Alan Solomons.
“We would like to thank Scott for his service to Warriors over the last three seasons and we wish him all the best in his new venture.
“He has been a good team man and will always be welcome here at Sixways.”
Van Breda, 29, joined Jersey in 2017 having played for Eastern Province, Western Province, Stormers and Southern Kings in his native South Africa. He also had two successful loan spells with Southern Kings in the Guinness Pro-14 competition last season.
