Scannell To Start For Emerging Ireland

As part of 10 changes made to the Emerging Ireland starting XV ahead of their clash with Uruguay tomorrow, Munster Academy player Rory Scannell is in line to make his first Emerging Ireland start at World Rugby's Tbilisi Cup in Georgia. James Cronin will also make his first appearance of the campaign.
