The Aussie utility man was in flying form once again today as he lined up in a star studded back line for Wasps alongside big names such as Willie Le Roux & Jimmy Gopperth. Beale was at the end of two brilliant attacks from the away side which ultimately were vital to picking up a big win on the road. The fullback has shown a new found maturity in his play since joining Wasps and will continue to be a key factor in how Wasps fair in the season run in.

The 24 year was unlucky not to be awarded MOTM over his team mate Alainu'uese in Glasgow's route over the Dragons at Scotstoun. 2 tries & an assist for fellow centre Mark Bennett ended up as a pretty fruitful day at the office for Grigg. An impressive performance today will surely make a case for a Scottish call up in the summer internationals when current Warriors head coach Townsend takes over.
Luke McGrath
It seems like years ago since Luke McGrath burst onto the scene for Leinster but this season the 24 year has shown strong moments of leadership in the blue of Leinster. The scrumhalf had a blistering start at the RDS tonight scoring the first two tries for the home side. McGrath did not stop there and continued to impress later on always looking for gaps in the Scarlets defence and causing trouble for the welsh side.

The Glasgow backs got most of the plaudits today for their thumping of Newport but it was the abrasive second row who was deservedly awarded MOTM. Although it was the men out wide that went over for the five-pointers, they were only allowed to do so because of the Samoan’s dominant carrying in the loose. He showed his versatility today, moving from lock to number eight when Richie Vernon went off injured.
He gladly played the role of a back row forward, carrying 15 times in total and making many dominant hits which stopped the Newport attack dead in its tracks. His offloads were also beautiful to behold as he threw the ball around in a similar style to a certain Sonny Bill Williams. If he can consistently produce performances like this there is no reason why he can’t be one of the most effective ball carriers in the Pro 12.

The youngster continued to impress on his stellar debut season for Leinster with 2 tries from fullback tonight. His impressive direct running once again caused mayhem for the Scarlets defence while also making a case for his new role at full back becoming a more regular occurance. After being awarded his first senior contract with Leinster this week, things look to go from strength to strength for the Athy man.
