Saracens sign Andrew Fenby on short-term deal

Saracens have signed back Andrew Fenby on a short-term deal with immediate effect.

The former London Irish player, who can play on the wing and full-back, has joined the Allianz Park side on a three month deal after leaving the Exiles in the summer.

“With a number of injuries and suspensions to our backline we are very happy to bring a player of Andrew’s talent into the group," commented director of rugby Mark McCall.

"He’s 30-years of age and has played over 100 professional games in the Pro12 and the Premiership, so he is an experienced player. We feel that he can make a valuable contribution to our squad.”

Fenby, who's a qualified chartered accountant, played for Newcastle and Scarlets before joining Irish in 2013.
