Saracens moved back to second in the Aviva Premiership after crushing play-off
rivals Leicester in a dominant display at Allianz Park.
Two penalty goals from Freddie Burns put the away side into a 6-0 lead and, in
the early stages, Saracens were sluggish, creating little in attack and
being tactically outwitted by Burns and his half-back partner Ben Youngs.
But, after Tom Youngs was sent to the sin bin for an obstruction on Chris
Ashton, the Saracens winger, Billy Vuniopla crossed for a try, with Charlie
Hodgson’s conversion putting them into a half-time …
