Saracens lose Gustard to England
The RFU have confirmed this afternoon that Paul Gustard will be joining the backroom staff as defence coach for England ahead of the 6 Nations.
This means Gustard will be leaving Saracens who he is currently part of the backroom staff. He will also take on the role of forwards coach on top of his defensive duties for England.
He has been on the coaching staff at Saracens since 2008, having previously spent two seasons at the north London club as a player. He has also previously helped coach England on the tour to Argentina in 2013 when Andy Farrell was with the British and Irish Lions.
