Ealing Trailfinders have announced the signing of Sam Olver from Worcester Warriors on a two-year deal.
The 23-year-old has made 14 appearances for the Warriors this season, scoring over 60 points in his debut campaign at Sixways.
Director of rugby Ben Ward says this signing is a real statement of intent.
“Sam is a fantastic player who we are very excited to have in our squad," explained Ward.
"To be at the age of just 23 and to have that amount of experience behind him shows the quality he has and I have no doubt that he will be a key figure for us moving forward.”
Olver joined Worcester last summer from Northampton Saints, where he earned a professional contract at Franklin's Gardens in March 2013 and helped Northampton Wanderers to three Aviva A League finals in four seasons, whilst also making 14 first-team appearances.
His debut came in the East Midlands derby in the fiercely-contested rivalry against Leicester Tigers.
On the international stage, he has represented England at Under 18 level, and also made four appearances for the Under 20s in the 2014 Six Nations, before helping them win the Junior World Championship later that year.
