Crusaders lock Luke Romano put in another outstanding performance for Canterbury today as he continues to put his hand up for a test recall.

He was impressive at lineout time making it extremely difficult for Otago to get any attacking ball. He was aggressive at the breakdown and carried the ball strongly throughout the game as Canterbury claimed their 13th consecutive win over Otago.

Queensland Country score a blinder against Western Force

Queensland Country were unable to keep the Western Force out in the final minutes of the game to hold onto the win.

However, they did score arguably the best try of the NRC season so far.
