RFU under fire over new England kit for 2014-15 season which will be replaced by World Cup strip next year

The Rugby Football Union has defended its controversial decision to unveil two
new home and away replica kits for this season just months before two more
kits will be launched for the World Cup next year.




Stuart Lancaster’s squad will wear the new Canterbury white kit, which
features their red rose emblem in the centre of the shirt, for the first
time on Nov 8 when they face New Zealand at Twickenham.




A new crimson away kit has also been released, which will be worn against
Samoa on Nov 22, even though it is a home game.
