Referees only human – Cruden

All Blacks first-five Aaron Cruden was in a rather forgiving mood today when quizzed on his thoughts about the rising number of glaring errors made by referees at Test level.

Cruden, who is set to return from a pectoral injury against the Springboks in Wellington this week, refused to be critical of an incident where All Blacks wing Julian Savea was illegally taken out of a promising sequence of play against Argentina on Saturday.
