PSA continues French rotation
Just three players from France's win against Romania have retained their place for Thursday's contest against Canada as coach Philippe Saint-André made 12 changes to his starting XV.

Brice Dulin, Wesley Fofana and Bernard Le Roux are the only players selected who also played in last week's 38-11 win, while right wing Remy Grosso makes his test debut.

Two of the players retained will change positions, with Le Roux moving from the second row to openside flanker and Dulin switching to the left wing from full-back.

The France back three of Dulin, Grosso and Scott Spedding is the 22nd combination of players used in the back three in Saint-André's 43 matches in charge of France.

Grosso will be the second or third player to win his first international cap at this Rugby World Cup, after Scotland's Josh Strauss, and Namibia's Damian Stevens if he makes his debut in Tuesday's match against Tonga.

The last time a player made his test debut for France at the Rugby World Cup was during the final of RWC 2011, when scrum-half Jean-Marc Doussain came on to win his first test cap. He was the first player to make his test debut in a RWC final.
