Pro 12 Highlights: Connacht Rugby v Glasgow Warriors (Round 1)

A rainy Galway today saw Glasgow travel to face Connacht for what we thought would be a tight game however it was anything but tight. Glasgow showed plenty of flair in the backs today stepping through the Connacht line with relative ease. Ryan Wilson received a yellow card for a late tackle on Connacht outhalf Jack Carty. The yellow didn't prove a problem for Connacht as they scored with 14 men on the pitch. The second half saw Glasgow turn on the heat and added a number of tries to their tally resulting in a huge scoreline of 41-5. Early days yet and plenty of time to turn this around for Connacht but no doubt they need a big week in training next week.
