Preview: Will the high flying Tigers go back to back against the Exiles?

The final game of the round sees Exiles hosting Leicester in what should be an interesting tussle.

Leicester seem to have new life breathed into their ranks as they hit the ground running last weekend with a fantastic victory over Gloucester at Welford Road.

Exiles had a frustrating time of it in Round 1, losing out to Worcester Warriors at Sixways, 11-10.

The general feeling was that Leicester would not triumph over the Cherry & Whites, but triumph they did, scoring four tries and punishing George Skivington’s men for their ill-discipline with 5 penalties.

London Irish’s outing against Worcester was dominated by the boot and went down to the wire with Worcester snatching victory at the end.

By the showings in Round 1, Leicester will fancy their chances of posting a second consecutive victory, but Irish will not be pushed around and, if Leicester are to taste victory, they will probably be made to work for it.
