Premiership Round 10 Highlights: Wasps v Bath Rugby

Bath received an early Christmas present claiming a 24-14 away win over Wasps in round 10 of the Premiership. The battle of the boot dominated early on, with the sides trading two penalties apiece to see the match all square at 6-6. Bath then ran in the games first try to hit the front 11-6. Wasps then picked up a yellow card, with Bath slotting the resulting penalty to extend their advantage to eight points. Wasps would have the final say of the first half, kicking a penalty to head into the break trailing 14-9. Bath added a penalty early in the second half before crossing for their second try to take control of the match at 24-9. Wasps needed a response and hit back almost immediately with their first try to reduce the deficit to ten points heading into the final quarter. Despite Wasps best efforts they were unable to add to their tally as Bath ground out the final 20 minutes to seal an impressive away victory.
